Additionally, our client, JLL received an Innovation award.  To capitalize on an evolving real estate market and create a strong competitive advantage, global commercial real estate services provider, JLL, identified an opportunity to deepen the firm’s data delivery and customer experience processes by establishing a centralized data hub and master data management (MDM) solution built on cleansed and verified address, property, customer and company data. The goal was to provide their investors and customers with up-to-the-minute real estate information about various property portfolios to help drive their business strategies, real estate investments and more efficient operations.

JLL worked with AmberLeaf to deploy an Informatica Intelligent Data Platform (IDP) for fast, easy access to authoritative data, self-service analytics and comprehensive views of properties.  Enabled by various Informatica modules, the JLL solution has improved client satisfaction, increased revenues for JLL and its partners and recognized a substantial savings, including a 15 percent reduction in energy consumption across JLL facilities.
